The Fishers of Men Ministry Development Institute is a school of ministry at the Spirit of Christ Center. The F.M.M.D.I. provides intense training for believers who sense a call of God on their lives to minister the gospel of Jesus Christ. The curriculum includes ministry training, principles of ministry development, and church growth. This school shall be a tool for screening and monitoring ministers for licensing. Ministers who are members of Spirit of Christ Center will be licensed and ordained through F.M.M.D.I. A Certificate of Merit will be presented to everyone upon completion of the first and second years.

The opportunity is designed as follows:
 

• A thorough course offering a balance preparation for the ministers in the church
• Adaptable time concepts: weekday, evening or Sunday sessions lasting only for a hour and a half or less
• Reasonable cost
